Please fill out the application form and the ST19 form, and return them to Chester Bowl by mail with your check to secure your spot. Please be sure to fill out the correct form.Įach 10×10 booth costs $100, and vendors can purchase more than one booth.
There are three types of registration, each with its own registration form- Craft vendors, Informational, educational, or political organizations, Food vendors (prepared food preserves and similar would be considered a craft vendor). Returning vendors can also request a new spot your location would not be assigned until after May 1 to allow all returning vendors to re-claim their space.
Requests for the same spot will be honored after this date to the best of our ability if your spot has not already been re-assigned to a new vendor.
Returning vendors have until May 1st to submit their full paperwork and payment by cash or check to reserve their same spot if desired. Please contact after February 11 if you did not get the forms (allowing time for the mail to arrive). Vendors that participated in 2021 were mailed 2022 registration forms on February 1st. Full criteria and expectations are contained in the application. Our event is billed as a regional craft festival vendors are expected to be selling items that are hand-made or home-grown, not mass produced. Please note that vendors are required to be available both for the scheduled date of Saturday, September 17th, as well as for the rain date of Sunday, September 18th, if needed. ***įall Fest is a one day event that brings 7,500-10,000 visitors into the park. There are a limited number of food truck sites remaining. Any applications received will be placed on a wait list. *** IMPORTANT NOTE: Fall Fest is filled for Craft and Information/Education vendors. This annual event is sponsored by the Chester Bowl Improvement Club, the City of Duluth Parks and Recreation Department, Kat Country 98.9, My 95.7, 95 KQDS, and KDAL 610 A.M. There are a limited number of handicapped accessible parking spots near the entrance to the park. Parking is very limited near the event, so walking, biking (bike racks near the entrance), or using the shuttles is highly recommended.
Check back closer to the event for a listing of scheduled musicians.Īll visitors are highly encouraged to use the three free shuttle buses that will run continuously from the University of Minnesota Duluth parking lot B, located at the intersection of College St. There will be live music all day on our stage, with music starting at 10, 12, and 2. Donations in 2021 totaled a record $12,192- thank you so much for your support! We would love to break the record again, and ensure that every family can participate in our programs regardless of income! Suggested donations of $5 per person or $10 per family will be accepted at the entrance to support Chester winter program scholarships for kids in need who want to participate in winter sports. We will have many new products again for 2022, so you will want to get to the CBIC table early to buy our new gear! In addition, Chester Bowl branded clothing and other items will be sold by the Chester Bowl Improvement Club.
